the Mississippi State Board of Public Examiners, which oversees the Uniform CPA

Specific Trust Uses Dr. Booker served two five-year terms on the
Retirement Preservation Trust Mississippi State Board of Public Accountancy from
Veterans Asset Protection Trust 1992 to 2002, holding the position of Chairman in 2001.
Medicaid Asset Protection Trust In 2000, he was honored by the MSCPA with the
Outstanding Educator Award.

Ronald C. Morton is the founding member of

for various legal publications. He is a frequent speaker
