Email and Website Addresses Will Change

As a result of the consolidation, email and website addresses will change on July 1, 2012. All HRA
Division employees’ email will use first.lastname@doas.ga.gov . Current email addresses for SPA
employees who will transfer to the new HRA Division will be redirected to their DOAS email address.
However, to ensure delivery of your message, we recommend that you directly type in the new email
address, if you know it, and save it as an update in your contact lists. The HRA Division email address will
be HRA@doas.ga.gov.

The state human resources website address will also change. The State Personnel Administration
website, spa.ga.gov, will be decommissioned and content transferred to the DOAS website. Information
about HRA can be found on the DOAS website at doas.ga.gov, under the “State and Local Government”
tab on the Homepage. The direct link to the division section of the site is hra.doas.ga.gov. Like the
employee emails, the spa.ga.gov URL will be redirected to the HRA Division section on the DOAS

One important change that you will need to note is the redesigned log-in screens for the Drug Testing,
Job Classification Redesign Project Information, and HR Salary Planning Administration tools. These tools
now have a similar look and feel; however, the User IDs and Passwords will be different. Please continue
to use the same User IDs and Passwords that you used to access these tools on spa.ga.gov.

As always, our website will serve as the main source of information for all enterprise HR initiatives and
activities. We suggest that you bookmark this page or add it to your “Favorites” for easy access during
frequent and future visits, and to stay abreast of the exciting things taking place at HRA. To assist you in
navigating through the website, we have created this HRA Site Map to help you find the information you
need in a timely fashion.
