  EMMETT/FURLA FILMS AND MILLENNIUM FILMS
          TEN PICTURE AGREEMENT

Tuesday, April 03, 2001, Los Angeles, CA: Emmett/Furla Films, a subsidiary of Family
Room Entertainment Corporation (NASDAQ OTC: BB Symbol: FMLY) is pleased to
announce their ten picture non-exclusive distribution/financing arrangement with
Millennium Films.

Most recently, Emmett/Furla Films announced the third picture with Millennium Films,
“Behind the Sun” by writer/director Robby Henson. Billy Bob Thorton and Patricia
Arquette are set to star in this dark, twisting tale of corruption and love in backwoods of
Louisiana. John Morrissey (America History X) is producing the Picture. Randall Emmett
and George Furla of Emmett/Furla Films along with Rick Hess, Trevor Macy and Brian
Oliver of Propaganda Films. Lawrence Turman Turman-Morrissey will also executive
Produce. Joseph Nittolo and M. Dal Walton, III, of Emmett/Furla Films, will serve a Co-
executive Producers on the Project. Bruce Heller and Alicia Allain are Co-producing the
Picture. Emmett/Furla Films Productions Corp. also took up an equity stake in the
production of “Behind the Sun,” which began shooting in Louisiana this week. Gold
Circle Films will retain the domestic distribution rights.

The second picture to fall under this arrangement is “In God We Trust,” which stars
Christian Slater and Val Kilmer. Also slated to co-star is Daryl Hannah, Bokeem
Woodbine, Vern Troyer and Balthazar Getty. Peter Antonijevic (Savior, starring Dennis
Quaid) will direct the project. Willie Dreyfus has written the screenplay. Randall Emmett
and George Furla, of Emmett/Furla Films, and Joseph Nittolo will produce with Allan
Kassirer of Kassirer Entertainment. M. Dal Walton, III and Ladd Vance, President of
Production for Nittolo Entertainment, will serve as Co-producers. Danny Lerner and John
Thompson will shepard the picture on behalf of Millennium Films. The project is
scheduled to commence principal photography in Europe on April 13th , 2001.

The third picture announced under this arrangement was the romantic drama, “Rialto,”
starring Susan Sarandon. “Rialto” was written by Lizzie Borden, Steven Glantz and

Lennie Bleecher and based on a story by Christian Blackwood and Lizzie Borden. Lizzie
Borden (Working Girls) will also direct the project. Randall Emmett and George Furla
will produce along with Nightrain Pictures’ Rudy Langlais (The Hurricane) and Jeremiah
Chechik (director, Benny and Joon). Mercy Santos will Co-produce the film. Casting for
this Picture is currently underway.

Also falling under this arrangement is “Ticker” starring Tom Sizemore, Dennis Hopper
and Steven Seagal. Jamie Pressly (TV’s “Jack & Jill”) also stars. Randall Emmett and
George Furla of Emmett/Furla Films along with Paul Rosenblum and Ken Aguado of
Filmwerks produced the picture. Albert Pyun (“Urban Menace”) directed the Picture. Avi
Lerner, Danny Dimbort, Boaz Davidson and Trevor Short executive produced on behalf
of Nu Image Films. Artisan Entertainment is handling the domestic distribution.
Emmett/Furla Films Productions Corp. also took up an equity stake in the production
“Ticker,” which is currently in post-production.


Emmett/Furla Films Productions Corp. recently took up an equity stake in the production
“Narc,” starring Ray Liotta and Jason Patrick. Busta Rhymes also stars. The Picture was
written and directed by Joe Carnahan (“Blood, Guts, Bullets and Octane”). Diane
Nabatoff and Ray Liotta will produce. Randall Emmett and George Furla of
Emmett/Furla Films and David Glasser and Adam Stone of Cutting Edge Entertainment
and Michelle Grace of Tiara Blue as well as Carol Glison will Executive Produce the
project.

Emmett/Furla Films is a full service production company, which internally develops
literary properties as well as provides gap financing for the pictures for other production
and distribution companies. Emmett/Furla Films will complete an aggressive schedule of
four pictures in the calendar year 2001 prior to the potential SAG strike. Emmett/Furla
Films is a driving force in the production of independent films, offering creative insight
into the development, packaging and financing of motion pictures.

Prior to this arrangement, Emmett/Furla Films produced “Speedway Junky” with
Jonathan Taylor Thomas, Tiffani Amber Theissen, Warren G and Daryl Hannah; “Good
Advice” with Charlies Sheen, Angie Harmon, Denise Richards and Jon Lovitz; “After
Sex” with Brooke Sheilds; and “Cutaway” with Tom Berenger, Stephen Baldwin and
Dennis Rodman.
