And last but not least, a very big hello and welcome to…
Opening Doors London are thrilled to welcome our three new
members of staff to the project – Carol Ackroyd (Project Manager),
Kate Hancock (Women’s Development Coordinator, part time) and a
welcome back to Gian Montagna (Befriending Coordinator, part time)
who many of the group will already know from when he served as
Older Gay Men’s Group Coordinator in 2006/07. Nick Maxwell will
continue as the Men’s Development Coordinator, Stacey Halls as
Women’s Development Coordinator (part time) and LGBT Campaigns
& Policy Officer (part time) and Corinna Hyman as Services Manager.
We keep saying it (with a big proud smile) but Opening Doors London
just keeps getting bigger and better, and with the addition of some
fantastic new and enthusiastic staff into the Project, 2012 and beyond
is set to be an exciting new time for us all. So we will be asking for
your help to shape your project from 2012 and beyond, keep an eye
out in future newsletters for ways in which you can get involved.
And finally… from all of us in the staff team, to all of our fantastic
volunteers who give up their time during the year to help with our
groups and befriending; and to you, our wonderful members, thank
you. We wish you all a very happy holiday season and very happy
and prosperous and Opening Doors filled New Year.
