4.5 Sign-in to the system:
To log-in, agents need to enter their username i.e. email address and password, which was received by you after
registration.

BOOKING PROCESS




5.1 Flights Search Form Domestic Return:



           Select Flight (Domestic)

           Select Sector/ Journey (One way/Return)

           Select Departure/Return Date




           Select Number of passenger



           Select Class (Business/Economy)


           Select Preferred Airlines


           Select to Search the Flight




Note:

           After clicking on “Search for Flights” button, it will search only for the available flights, for the selected route,
           and dates.

           The next screen will display the flights available with fares and fare rules for the select destination

           Select your desired flight according to price range or your preference (LCC/GDS)

           View all the flights starting with cheapest fare to highest fare available with confirmed seats.

5.2 Booking a Flight Domestic:
Standard Display of the Flight Search Result:




           Select the flight by clicking on the button as shown above.
           To book the ticket, click on ‘Book Flights’ button.
           (Fare Rules are available next to the Fare, on clicking "F" and Non-refundable Tickets and indicated by "N" next
           to the fare.)
           Fill the passenger details like: Name, Number, Frequent Flyer Number etc. in the form given below fare break-
           up.
           Make the payment by clicking on proceed button.
           Tickets are issued online & sent by email.
            E-Tickets are sent by email and also details by SMS.
           Tickets are issued automatically without any intervention by Belair.

5.3 Flight Fare Breakup Domestic:




           After successful payment either from your deposit or Card payment, the airline PNR number will be generated
           along with your Belair Cart No.

           You will receive message about PNR number on your mobile and Email- Id.

           The Passenger also receives the SMS with the Airlines PNR No. if you have entered his mobile no. while making
           the booking.

           You can print the ticket by selecting ‘Print E-Ticket’ on top right side of the page.

           You may also send a copy of the ticket to another email address, if you desire.

Type Cart Number in the box and retrieve cart.

           The amount paid as advance credit is shown as a credit balance on agent's login.

           Agents on logging in to the system, is able to view the available credit, including deposit and refund credit.

           Agents can view the transactions with all relevant details.

You can add your staff as a system user and can give authorization according to their job profile like: Account
Department staff can only be authorized to check the payment details, balance in the account etc.

                 You can add your own markup
                 Commission to the display fares in order to earn more on the actual amount.

6.7 Manage Account:
You can add your agency logo which will print on the E-ticket generated by you.
