American has implemented changes to its baggage policies to simplify existing policies and provide alignment and consistency with
Joint Business partners British Airways and Iberia. The three airlines continue to work towards combining their businesses to create
a seamless customer experience at every point of the journey. A closer alignment of baggage policies make it easier for customers to
understand what they can carry and what fees may apply across the three carriers. The changes outlined below became effective
Feb. 10. 2011.
     • The heavy charge for bags that weigh 50.1 to 70 pounds will be waived for all oneworld Emerald customers, which includes
         American Airlines Executive Platinum.
     • First or Business Class customers connecting to/from British Airways or Iberia also will receive the higher Premium Class bag
         allowance of three (3) bags.
     • Customers booked in B or H class, traveling on trans-Atlantic itineraries, will receive the standard EU/India checked-bag
allowance of one (1) free bag.
     • The second checked bag charge for all EU/India itineraries increased to $60.
Additionally, American implemented checked baggage charges effective Feb. 10, 2011, for the Caribbean and Central America to and
from the U.S., Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada, Europe and India.
     • Customers, who purchase economy class tickets on or after Feb. 10, may check one bag for no charge and a second bag for
$30 each way within size and weight limitations.
     • Customers, who purchased economy class tickets prior to Feb. 10, can continue to check two bags at no charge within size
         and weight limitations.
     • These changes apply for travel on American Airlines, American Eagle and American Connection flights.

                               Meetings Show

Sabre Upgrades 82,000 Customers in 100 Countries to Unique Agent Platform. Seamless Integration of
Applications Give Agents Increased Efficiency and Convenience.

LONDON – 7 February 2011 – Sabre Travel Network, the leading provider of high performance solutions for the
travel industry, has won an Innovation Award in the Travel and Meeting Technology category from the Business
Travel & Meetings Show for the Sabre Red Workspace The Red Workspace is built on a future ready, open source
platform - the same technology used by NASA to command the Mars rover missions – and provides unprecedented
flexibility to put everything users need right at their fingertips.

“Travel management companies know they can count on Sabre to deliver innovations that help them succeed,” said
Martin Cowley, senior vice president for Europe, Middle East, and Africa for Sabre Travel Network. “By listening to
customers, we can identify their needs and deliver the essential tools that they demand to stay competitive and win
in the marketplace.”

Advanced Technology Powering Red Workspace
Sabre has leveraged the most advanced, open technology platform in the industry today to deliver the Sabre Red
Workspace, supercharging the power, usability and consistency of an agent’s workflow.

    • Seamless Integration of Applications
    • Highly Configurable
    • Intuitive User Experience
    • Rock-Solid Stability
    • Easy Access to Enhancements

The Workspace is just one of the innovative capabilities Sabre has delivered since announcing Sabre Red in June
2010, with more enhancements on the way. In the coming weeks, Sabre will increase the number of agencies beta-
testing a fully graphical workflow for air, car and hotel, expanding on its current graphical capabilities. The expanded
graphical workflow will deliver significantly greater efficiency and ease of use, even for the most expert agents.

“To be successful, savvy agencies will want to embrace new technologies to meet the changing needs of tomorrow’s
travellers. We want to be their partner at every step along the way,” said Cowley.
