THE PROCESS
                            This outline should include a resume and fully completed Franchise Ap-
                            plication for each member of your group, as well as your plan on how you
                            would fund the development of each Sarpino’s Pizzeria restaurant under
                            consideration. Supporting financial documentation will also be requested.
                            Please do not include any projected sales volumes or proformas, which will
                            not be accepted, reviewed or considered by Sarpino’s Pizzeria.

                            When required, a FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document) will be sent to you
                            for your review. Please return the signed FDD receipt page to us at your
                            earliest opportunity. The receipt page is located at the end of the document.
                            In addition, we encourage you to contact existing Sarpino’s Pizzeria franchi-
                            sees to discuss sales volumes, operations, profit margins, etc.

                            Guest Visit

                            A representative from Sarpino’s Pizzeria will schedule a Guest Visit for you
                            at our world headquarters. During that visit, you will receive a comprehen-
                            sive overview of the Sarpino’s Pizzeria system.

                            Approval Process

                            Your request to franchise with Sarpino’s Pizzeria will be reviewed by our
                            Franchise Review Board for approval.

                            Enter into an Agreement

                            If approved, you would work with your franchising director to finalize your
                            Development Agreement and become a Sarpino’s Pizzeria Master Fran-
                            chor or Franchisee!
