  Manager User Experience/Business Analyst Group, 2000 – 2002
     Worked closely with Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, Professional Services, Product Design, QA,
       Customer Support, and Clients to design and implement systems utilizing Brience Mobile Server products.
     VoiceStream/T-Mobile Wireless Internet Portal (WIP) project: Managed winning Request for Proposal, facilitated
       feature design workshops, authored user scenarios and information architecture, designed and developed User Interface
       (UI) and prototypes, worked with marketing to implement brand positioning, created system spec documents, worked
       with partners to integrate products, managed QA and bug tracking process for $4 million WIP accessible by all 10
       million T-Mobile subscribers.
     Sun Microsystems Internal Wireless Intranet platform project: Designed system including - managed feature design
       workshops, gathered system requirements and use cases, designed and developed UI, created system specification
       documents, managed Quality Assurance (QA) and bug tracking/prioritization/fix process for $3 million wireless
       intranet.
      Applied Materials project: Performed business analysis, created demos and prototypes for internal wireless platform.

     Della & James online wedding registry incubation project: Part of a 20 person team that built and launched a company
       which, one year later, was bought by WeddingChannel.com for $400 million. Developed HTML, JavaScript, ASP,
       Java, SQL for E-commerce platform that supported thousands of registries and integrated over 20 retailers. Managed
       QA.
