                Registering for Course Units

• In June the provisional 2011/12 Accounting and Finance
lecture timetables will be available. These can be found at the
  following location:
  http://ug.mbs.ac.uk/intranet/secure/timetables.aspx

• Once you have the timetables you will be able to start to make
an informed choice about what courses you can choose next
  year.

• Please be sure to look at all course units available to your own
programme as soon as possible and consult them again before
you make your choice of courses. The majority of course
details have been confirmed but there are still a few which may
need amending so please bear in mind that there may be
some minor changes at a later date.

                                                                     17
                Registering for Course Units

• You are NOT being asked to make a choice at this stage. You
will choose your course options on-line using the Student
System (Campus Solutions) after the examination results are
  released in the summer.

• This will enable you to make course choices based on your
areas of strength and interest, and will also ensure that you have
passed pre-requisite courses, if applicable. There may be
restrictions on course choices due to timetabling constraints so
you need to consider a wide range of possible course choices.

• The Student System will open for course unit selection mid –
July 2011 – precise date to be confirmed.

• Students with resit exams will not be able to select any course
units for which you have not met the pre-requisites for until you
have successfully passed the resit exams.
                                                                       18
