 discussion that takes place in a group
 wherein each and every member of the
 group participates.

 Distinct styles-drivers/amiables/democrats
 Time sharing
 Critical issues-handling turbulence/handling
  bulldozers.
 Take care of body language.
 Articulate well without fumbling and
  mumbling.
 Make eye contact while speaking.
 Use short sentences.
 Speak at the earliest opportunity.
 Exude composure, enthusiasm, confidence,
  and mental alertness.
 Assume  the role of chairperson.
 Be impatient and argue unnecessarily.
 Be arrogant and talk down inert participants.
 Be defensive or take an extreme stance as it
  gives the impression of rigidity.

  conducting the GD.
