Deadline: Friday, March 2, 2012
   This deadline is absolute—no exceptions, no excuses.
           DO NOT RELY ON YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER TO TURN IN YOUR PICTURE—IT IS YOUR
          RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THAT IT GETS TO MRS. MCCAIN BY THE DEADLINE

In order to meet this deadline have your picture taken before October 15

Picture requirements are as follows:
     Head and shoulder picture with Senior looking forward - no facial piercings – full length pictures can be used
      but usually don’t look as nice.
     Picture must be a vertical standard wallet or a proof and not be cut into a shape (oval, circle, etc.) If you
      choose to ignore this and turn in a horizontal picture, it will be cropped to fit the vertical space.
     Nothing controversial. Use common sense with regard to props & backgrounds. OskyWow advisors have final
      say on appropriateness of pictures.
     Picture should be taken and printed by a professional photographer. Photos printed on a home printer usually
      result in a poor-quality photo in the yearbook. You will have at least two opportunities to have your picture taken
      by Lifetouch at no cost to you (picture day & retake day).

Turning in your picture:
         PRINT your name on an envelope exactly as you want it to appear in the yearbook—do this BEFORE you
          place the picture in the envelope--DO NOT WRITE ON THE BACK OF YOUR PICTURE. Unless you give
          Mrs. McCain an envelope with your name on it, the name will appear in the yearbook as it appears
          on our official records…first and last name only.
         Give the picture to Mrs. McCain in the library NO LATER THAN March 2, 2012.
         Pictures MAY be submitted on a disk that was created by the photographer or by email from your
          photographer. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THAT THE PICTURE GETS HERE ON
          TIME...NOT THE PHOTOGRAPHERS. CHECK WITH MRS. MCCAIN BEFORE THE FINAL DATE TO MAKE
          SURE THAT YOUR PICTURE HAS BEEN RECEIVED. YOU MUST ALSO SEE MRS. MCCAIN TO APPROVE
          ANY PICTURE SENT BY THE PHOTOGRAPHER BEFORE IT WILL BE PUT INTO THE YEARBOOK.
