Standard & Poor’s, S.A. de C.V., Mexico City, Mexico 1995 – 2007 Finance and Administration Director / CFO Oversaw all financial functions and operations of Mexican-based Rating Group, serving as Controller and Chief Financial Officer. Reported to executive officers of New York’s Standard & Poor’s and McGraw Hill boards. Managed all accounting processes, treasury operations, assets, billing, payments, and fraud controls.
