                               About Dr. Fisher
                               AboutDr. Fisher
                               Joel M. Fisher, Ph.D. is the wine columnist for the a consumer wine event of broad
                               Joel M. Fisher, President, CEO, LA WineFest, had a vision for Culinary Connection with the Chefs        de Cuisine
                               Association of California and for with the Inaugural Courier. Since 2007 he has WineFest
                               appeal. That vision was fulfilled in 2006the Beverly Hills LA WineFest! Since then, the LAtaught at Le Cordon Bleu
                               College of Culinary Arts in Pasadena and has been a wine of Southern California, founding
                               has soared. Fisher is the Sommelier for the Escoffier Association instructor for the Culinary Arts Department of
                               the Art Institute of California–Los Angeles for seven years. He is a founding partner of the educational
                               partner of Wine, Vine and Dine and member of the Patterson Magazine Tasting Panel.
                               Wine Vine and Dine, which conducts programs throughout Southern California.
                               An Educator and Author with a PHD, Dr. Fisher has taught for the Culinary Arts Program at the Art
                               A Sommelier for Escoffier Association of Southern California, he is also a member of Patterson’s Tasting
                               Institute of California, is a member of the Society of Wine Educators, The Circle of Wine Writers, and
                               Panel, and is currently the Wine Host for CRN’s What’s Cooking Show.

                               nity has inspired others to give generously of their personal time and resources. Her partnership with
                               Joel M. Fisher and LA WineFest is a natural one.

                               Addie Daddio embraces the “World of Wine” with tenacious zeal and Daddio passion. As Executive

    The Make-A-Wish Foundation grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions
    to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy. Born in 1980 when a group of caring
    volunteers helped a young boy fulfill his dream of becoming a police officer, the Foundation is
