    The following is a standard prehire procedure that can be customized to meet the process and

PreHire Process
   1. Extend Conditional Offer (conditional based on passing a background check)
   2. Conduct Appropriate Pre-Hire Checks including

                        Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) - The FLSA establishes minimum wage,
                   overtime pay, recordkeeping, and youth employment standards affecting
      employees in the private sector and in Federal, State, and local governments.

      overtime protection.
