                   Conclusion
• ‘Whether we have lost those users forever or not is
  unknown. To head off that possibility, we must
  succeed in figuring our ways to be more central to
  their information lives. It’s not enough to be
  available and accessible, as we have done yeoman
  work and spent a lot of money to become. We must
  be in their minds when important questions or
  problems arise, so they will think of turning to “the
  library” first or second, not fifth or tenth or never at
  all.’ (Janes, 2003)
