 AAA Baggage Declaration Form
 A Form completed prior to closing the
  aircraft door to declare that all hold
  baggage is accounted for. It must be 100%
  accurate. Sometimes called ‘Hold Manifest
  Declaration Form’.
 It is completed and kept by the appointed
  person – the Dispatcher – The Flight Crew
  cannot overrule the dispatcher.

            The Cargo Manifest
   Is a document that is used to itemise any goods
    (cargo) that is carried onboard an aircraft.
   Referred to as an ‘Air waybill’ in aviation and the
    document is devised in accordance with IATA,
    ICAO and HM Customs and Revenue.
    Appropriate persons who need
          the document....
   It is a carbonated document (up to 8 copies) but
    first 4 copies go to:
   Copy 1 – The person sending the cargo
   Copy 2 – The person waiting to receive the cargo
   Copy 3 – The ‘shipper’ (the airline)
   Copy 4 – A receipt in the case the cargo is transferred to another
    airline prior to reaching its final destination.
   It is sent from the Airline Operations department to the ground
    handling agents prior to a flight, the dispatcher, the baggage
    handlers and the Flight crew will all need to use the document.
