							Dear Parents,

The Grafham Water residential trip is fast approaching, and I am probably as excited
as the children about it! Miss Tyas and I would like to invite you to a meeting about
the trip on Monday 6th February at 6:00 pm. It will take place in Mr Litting’s Year 6
classroom, and should last less than an hour.

You and the children will be able to meet all the adults who are going to Grafham
Water, and we will be talking about the activities that have been planned for the
children, accommodation, meals, supervision levels, clothing and more.

There will be a short video presentation about the centre so that the children have
some idea what to expect when they arrive and during their stay.

Please bring your child along to the meeting, if possible, as we will be answering any
questions you, or they, may still have.

Please indicate on the slip below if you will be able to attend.
