AWARD CEREMONY PAYMENT REFUND FORM Refund applications must be submitted prior to your ceremony taking place. Applications received after the Awards Ceremonies will not be processed and no monies will be refunded. The online store is able to refund students up to 90 days after their original payment without the need to obtain your card details. If your request falls outside this timescale, you will be contacted for this information. Refunds are subject to an administration fee of £1.00.
