Hey CVMA Gang,
Ghoststock August 31- September 3, 2012 is quickly approaching (Event and Poker Run Flyers
available on the TN CVMA website). As a CVMA sanctioned event with various states
participating, we estimate at least 300+ CVMA FM members to be at the event, in addition to
Support, Auxiliary spouses, friends and families. We are probably looking at close to 400+
people for the big party, music and fireworks on Saturday. If you have collected any door prizes
for the APR run benefit and live auction Saturday Sept 4, please let me know, Scout
theresa.ennis@gmail.com . We have moved to a prepaid registration donation to purchase
food and beverages for the entire 3 ½ days:
Please be sure to register for the event via the web link located on the TN link at
www.combatvet.org website, AND send your check for $50 per adult, made out to
“Ghoststock- Ennis” to the following address ASAP if you are coming. Pre-registration is $50,
and registration at the event is $60 (Kids under 18 and dogs are FREE).
