Starting my career with Sadana Warehousing (C&F agent for Nestle India Limited, Guwahati,
Assam), I got introduced to SAP ERP. With a vision of making my career in SAP, I have decided
to do my SAP MM Certification course in Delhi. To adapt myself in corporate working
environment and the ability to work as a team, I engaged myself with IBM Global Process
Services, supporting Yahoo!.
After completing my certification, I have worked as a part time trainer and presently working

Role:
   a. Receipt of stocks and planning Stock Transfer to Distribution Centers across North
          East.
   b. Supervising Inbound and Outbound Logistics and planning effectively of shipping in
          different route plans. Coordinate to organize delivery of material to the required
          location.
   c.     Also, maintaining the stock -in and stock -out in excel sheet to ensure effective
          planning.
   d. Physical Inventory, Liquidation of Ageing stocks.
   e. Helping Demand Planners in Planning Run by sending MIS reports of any deviation of
          Suggested Orders or any divergence in the Sales Plan.
   f.     Communicating with Sales team for any excessive demands or high closing of fast
          moving goods, and thereby highlighting this to the Demand Planners.
   g. End to End Processing of Orders across entire North Eastern states.
   h. Capture Closing and upload them in Web Portal. Validate orders and Substitute in
          right SKU’s as per laid down norms by Nestle in case of shortage.
   i.     One of the prime responsibilities was to plan the Inventory for Canteen Stores
          Department’s across North Eastern states with compliance to ZERO errors.
