Vlociti Europe Limited (VEL) are a UK based company operating in partnership with Vlociti Holding Inc.
(VHI) and sharing a common ‘brand’ value.
VEL's primary responsibilities are to provide "Program/Project Management" expertise on International
Project delivery activities and to construct and support “Trading” projects for commodities of a commercial
nature, in conjunction with our US, Vietnamese and Irish associates.
The main "Project Management" activities oversee end to end programs including projects such as the
design, build and operation of a new Western University in Vietnam and management of the program of
work that will see this vision become a reality. In addition, VEL act in a Consulting capacity to VHI and to A MULTI-NATIONAL CORPORATION
other group Partners in support of a wide range of leading edge developments such as University and
Hospital projects, development of specific University Education programs in Agriculture, Marine, Water
Technology and Telecommunications programs in Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia.
Humanitarian and “Not for Profit” activities
Part of VEL’s drive is to identify projects/programs that deliver focus on Social, Humanitarian and Health
based project activities through Special Purpose vehicles. Such programs are to be delivered globally in
support of its own projects as well as UN sponsored projects and those identified by its affiliates. Energy

directly to the people of Vietnam. In addition to direct treatment programs,
