Our Goal
Provide the information, opportunities and technical
assistance to area manufacturers and service
providers so that they are able to pursue and obtain
government prime and subcontract work at the
Federal, State & Local level of Governments.

We want to grow the region and if the region
grows, everyone grows!
Background
• Funded by Federal gov’t and Commonwealth of PA
• As a part of the statewide economic development initiative
known as “Enterprise Development,” the NW PTAC opened
its doors in October 1983.
• In 1985, the Commission applied for and was successful in
obtaining funding under the US Department of Defense
Cooperative Agreement Program to provide procurement
outreach services. This program is monitored by the
Defense Logistics Agency.
