TwinExcel Cash Back Program
This agreement is made between M/S
termed as “The Merchant” and M/S TwinExcel Pvt Ltd termed as “The Company”. The
agreement will be valid for one year from the date of signing of agreement by both parties. By
signing this agreement both parties agree to abide by the terms and conditions mentioned
Terms and Conditions
1. The Company has agreed to be promoted in the Online CashBack Directory in the
Company’s page under the terms set out hereunder.
2. The Merchant has agreed to promote its products in the Online Directory on the
Merchant page of TwinExcel.com and accepted the following terms and conditions:-
A. The company will provide The Merchant one account, in our merchant directory list,
for a period of one year. The details are given in the schedule B.
B. The company agrees to display The Merchant information with details of
concessions available to holders of the TwinExcel membership card.
C. The Merchant hereby further covenants as under:
The Merchant will offer specified cashback percentage from every purchase
made by TwinExcel members (having a valid TwinExcel ID Card).
The Merchant will provide One Page Business Profile, which will upload into
The Company site.
The Merchant will notify in writing to The Company at least 15 days in
advance, any change or amendment and any particular criteria to be met to
avail these benefits and any change of address, telephone, fax, email,
website or contact person details.
The Merchant grants permission The Company to promote its business in
any of its advertising or promotional literatures, brochures and directories,
using details provided by The Merchant.
The Merchant hereby undertakes to familiarize all present and future staff
about the privileges, benefit and cashback described in this agreement.
The Merchant hereby agrees to exhibit The Company Cash Back Program
display sign and marketing leaflet at prominent place, clearly visible to The
Merchant’s customers and clients.
The Merchant has agreed to pay the cashback money to The Company,
which is due within 15 – 30 working days of issuance of monthly statement
by The Company to The Merchant. The monthly statement will be sent out
on 1st date of every month. Whereas, The Merchant can access periodic
reports (daily, weekly, monthly and yearly) from his panel as provided by The
The Merchant can terminate this Agreement by giving one month prior
notice on its letter head dully stamped and signed. All outstanding payment,
which is due, must be paid even if the Agreement is terminate.
The Merchant is liable to send letter of acceptance, duly signed and stamped
on its letter head to The Company.
D. The Company shall at all times, be at liberty and shall have the right to cancel or
reduce the facility under this Agreement, without assigning any reasons.
