Evaluation and award methodology

In accordance with best practice, applicants should be informed of the evaluation criteria and methodologies to be used within this tendering process. All the relevant
information is included within this workbook. A number of different evaluation methodologies are used in scoring throughout the workbook and are detailed below and/or
per question within this workbook.

Adherence to completion of documentation
It is important that all applicants complete the documentation in accordance with all the instructions provided, including labelling attachments correctly, providing relevant
supporting evidence and returning all requested forms of tender duly signed. BC requires confidence that applicants are capable of completing any required
