Early registration (with payment) must be postmarked on or before September 21, 2002 to
receive the discounts! Registrations made after October 9, 2002 should be called in to Tim
Sauer at 510.232-4264, ext. 24 and payment brought to the door.
NOTE: By submitting this form, you agree to attend this Chapter event. If after submitting
this reservation you determine that you need to cancel your reservation for any session, please do
so at least 72 hours prior to the event by contacting Tim Sauer at tim@landerint.com or at (510)
232-4264, ext 24. Don’t be a 'no show'. The Chapter is billed for reservations made with our
