Call to Order Meeting called to order @ 1109.
Approval of Agenda Approved.
Introductions All members introduced themselves followed by a brief introduction speech
given by Dr. Spence.
Selecting a co-chair Dean Goodman (Architect, Levitt Goodman Architects) appointed as a co-chair
by a unanimous vote.
Draft mandate Discussion of Draft mandate – points to consider: Members will email their
1. ways to cross jurisdictional boundaries opinions/comments about
2. creating and fostering the relationship with the NGOs (outside agencies) the mandate to Richard.
3. tracking, monitoring, report preparations
