Selecting a co-chair             Dean Goodman (Architect, Levitt Goodman Architects) appointed as a co-chair   
                                  by a unanimous vote.
Draft mandate                    Discussion of Draft mandate – points to consider:                                Members will email their
                                  1. ways to cross jurisdictional boundaries                                        opinions/comments about
                                  2. creating and fostering the relationship with the NGOs (outside agencies)       the mandate to Richard.
