    Completed a successful financial and relationship turn-around of the New Jersey Fiscal
    Agent eliminating a $20 million debt on the contract and establishing New Jersey as a
    premier reference account for Unisys.

Vice President, Payer Revenue Services Group

    Responsible for overall direction and management of the Payer Revenue Service Group
    business unit, including the TPL Recovery operations unit and the CDR credit balance
    recovery unit in Baltimore, Maryland. Directed all aspects of the operation for each TPL
    recovery contract, including business development functions, client services, revenue
    maximization projects, and business unit information technology projects; responsible for

    Responsible for managing all aspects of the Unisys New Jersey MMIS, Health Access New
    Jersey, and KidCare contracts in Trenton, New Jersey, with full P & L accountability.

Program Director, Florida State Employees Insurance Project, Federal Systems Division
January 1996 - June 1997

    Responsible for management of the Unisys Florida State Employees Insurance contract in
    Tallahassee, Florida, providing third party administration services for the State’s self-
    insured health insurance program. Worked directly with the Unisys lobbyists, testified at
    Senate and House oversight committee hearings, and represented Unisys at meetings with
    the Governor’s office staff and key Senators and Representatives. The position required
    representing Unisys to the media in Florida through television interviews, newspaper
    editorial boards, and radio interviews.

    Primary mission was to profitably expand GTEDS' market share in the healthcare industry.
    Responsible for development and maintenance of the business and strategic plans for
    targeted market segments and development, direction and coordination of action plans for
    achieving revenue, margin, and net income targets. Developed and executed an alliance
    strategy for external niche vendors. Led the acquisition of the Q/Care Managed Care MIS
    from GTE Information Systems. Architected and developed a joint venture among GTE,
