Job Summary To be responsible for business administration Duties and responsibilities:- Manage freelance assessors and verifiers to ensure quality and performance To liaise with management team for recruitment of remote staff To ensure learners reviews and IAGs are completed to the correct standard to the time frame of ILP Manage absence of remote/freelance staff To be responsible for the timely achievement of learners and the success rates To intervene when assessors refer learners back to centre. Working in partnership with the senior administrator to ensure effective learner and employer engagement Doc 9 V1 May 2009
