 Purpose

 This document captures the agreed Outcomes from each of the Physical Design workshops. This document supports
 the completed Swimlane process diagram <Enter Swimlane Diagram notation here in BOLD> and documents the
 Outcomes from each of the completed Business Process design workshops.

 These documents will provide both information for the completion of the Common Design Report and a record of
 discussions and agreements made during the Design workshops.

 The document is designed as a quick template to complete & distribute a record of the Outcomes of the Physical
 Design workshop sessions
