      enterprise platforms. Used C++, Inconcert Workflow and OO techniques for development.
      Created models and sequence diagrams using UML and Rational Rose. Employed
      ObjectQ/DSAP to communicate between both legacy and new systems.
    Transferred and maintained State Comptroller Accounting System. Transferred State Budget
      System from an EDS IBM Mainframe to a State IBM Mainframe. Involved in resolving customer
