									Sunday Bible Study & Worship: 9:00 A.M.
  Sunday Evening Worship: 5:00 P.M.
   Wednesday Bible Study: 7:00 P.M.
Spectacular achievement is always
     preceded by diligent but
   unspectacular preparation.
You have to dig the well
BEFORE you need the water!
“Go to the ant... consider her ways
and be wise; which, having no captain,
overseer or ruler, provides her
supplies in the summer, and gathers
her food in the harvest” (Proverbs 6:6-8)
Ants and well diggers both have the
wisdom to prepare ahead of time
         to meet future needs.
People have Questions!
Are we PREPARED to Answer?
We must be Prepared to Answer!

“But sanctify the Lord God in your
hearts, and always be ready to give a
defense to everyone who asks you a
reason for the hope that is in you,
with meekness and fear.” - 1 Peter 3:15
We must Prepare to Answer!
 To prepare to answer:
           – Study your Bible regularly.
           – Attend and participate in
             Bible classes.
           – Read quality religious
             material written by faithful
           – Attend gospel meetings
We must be Prepared to do Good!
“Be ready for every good work”
                                --Titus 3:1
Set your mind on doing good!
“Be careful to maintain good works” &
learn to “meet urgent needs”(Titus 3:8,14)
  – Don’t allow all your time and energy to be
spent on the cares, riches and pleasures of
    this life (cf. Luke 8:14)
  – Look for opportunities to do good.
“Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us
do good to all…” (Galatians 6:10)
Prepare to Give to those in Need
Be “ready to give, willing to share”
                           -- 1 Timothy 6:18.
 To prepare to share…
 – Avoid unnecessary and frivolous spending
 – Work to earn money so that you will have
   it to give!
     “…let him labor, working
     with his hands… that he
    may have something to
    give him who has need.”
     (Eph. 4:28)
Are We Prepared?

  Let us determine to be
 “prepared for every good
   work” -- 2 Timothy 2:21
Are We Prepared for Worship?
It is said of Rehoboam that “he did
evil, because he did not prepare
his heart to seek the LORD.”
                --2 Chronicles 12:14

Let us prepare our hearts to
seek the Lord this very hour.
