Summary: The incumbent is responsible for research, analysis and reporting to Airbus
Americas Latin American Sales senior management on such topics as
sales proposals and other sales documentation, airline fleet analysis,
environmental issues, Air Service Agreements/Open Skies developments
and Airbus’ aircraft-related procurement spending in the United States.
Provides sales contacts support. Activities conducted in coordination with
Responsibilities: Support Contracts team in preparation of Sales Proposals, MOUs and
other contractual sales documentation, including internal approvals and
support on-site negotiations as required.
Development of internal/external presentation material for use by Airbus
Americas Latin American Sales senior management.
Prepare campaign activity reports for local management and Airbus
Americas management using CnC campaign management/reporting
Provide ad-hoc reports on regional sales activity as requested by the
Regional Sales Sr. VP.
Represent the interests of the Sales Business Unit in meetings with
Lessors, Engine Manufacturers and within Airbus on an as-needed
Consolidate sales reports, prepare monthly sales report; participate with
Sales team in setting annual sales objectives and defining strategic and
priority sales campaigns.
Prepare and manage office and travel budgets to ensure adherence of
actual spend to budget; supervise local administrative staff, ensure
smooth and functional office operations; empowered by the Regional
Sales Sr.VP to arrange vendor payments and enter into vendor
agreements as necessary.
Meet with customers during customer visits and interface with the
suppliers (EMs and Lessors) to discuss sales activity in the region and
solicit their support.

Requirements: Minimum three years of commercial aviation experience.
Minimum three years of management experience.
Thorough knowledge of Airbus products and internal processes, Latin
American aviation industry.
Sales contracting experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills to include the ability to
conduct formal presentations to senior-level audiences.
Ability to analyze and interpret airline financial data.
Ability to work well in a multi-cultural environment.
Fluent in English language communication, both spoken and written.
Foreign Language ability, French or Spanish, a plus
Education: Four-year college degree, with post-graduate aviation-related studies preferred
