At The Prince Automotive Group, we take great pride in supporting the communities in which we serve.
We receive many requests for donations and advertisements in support of charitable causes. While
charitable contributions and community support is an important part of our mission, the volume of these
requests far exceeds our financial capabilities. This form is not designed to deter requests, but rather to
more fairly divide the amounts we are able to contribute. Please take a few moments to download and to
fill out this form. Please mail your completed request to the address at the bottom of the form or you may
fax to the number listed. Please make sure you send to the correct dealership. Completed forms may also
be dropped off at any dealership location - ATTENTION: General Manager.


Requests must be received at least two weeks prior to the event.

Due to volume, we are not able to respond to all requests.
