   Here is your Seminar 2009 Gaston Area registration form and the Fairmont hotel form.

GASTON AREA SEMINAR EVENTS:
   Gaston & Dozier Area Casino Night – Saturday, July 18, 2009 at 7pm
   Director’s Business Meeting & Luncheon – Sunday, July 19, 2009 at 11am
   Gaston Area ‘
                         Awards – Monday, July 20, 2009 at 6:30pm

ARRIVAL IN DALLAS:
   Saturday, July 18th Sales Directors & Consultants Casino Party Qualified
    Attendees should arrive.
   Sunday, July 19th Consultants attending the headquarters tour should arrive.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
 It is YOUR responsibility to make the hotel arrangements for your stay. The Fairmont has 176
 rooms reserved for the Gaston Area (it is a privilege to be able to have such a large hotel block
   in the finest hotel in Texas. LET’S SHOW THIS PRESTIGIOUS FACILITY TRUE GASTON AREA
   RESPECT BY REGISTERING ON TIME! Thank you!).
            Hotel Reservations Deadline is June 17th.
            Gaston Area Events Registration Deadline is July 5th. No exceptions.
            Read the hotel form carefully and make your arrangements prior to June 17th because the
               room block will be released that day.

        Upon check-in you will be required to provide a deposit of $50.00 per person for personal charges.
  This can be paid by credit card or cash. Any unused monies, up to $100, will be refunded in full upon checkout.
  Check Cashing Policy – Personal Checks are NOT accepted Money Orders and Cashiers Checks are welcome.
                         For your convenience an ATM machine is located in the lobby.

      All Reservations are available on a first come, first served basis. In order to facilitate check-in for groups arriving,
                      all check-outs after 12 Noon will be charged a $60.00 per room late check out fee.

         Please be advised that when providing a bank check/debit card for payment,
              a hold will be placed on your available funds for total monies due.
