However, this is often not the case for Mexican fare found in U.S. restaurants and fast food, especially Tex-Mex, which
features liberal amounts of frying, chips, cheese, sour cream and guacamole.
• Stay clear of the chips – the typical basket can contain as much fat as the rest of your meal put together. If you’re too hungry
to wait for dinner, order a plain tortilla you can dip in the salsa.
• Choose salsa over guacamole as a dipper and spread. Two tablespoons of picante salsa contain just 5 calories,

I get the opportunity to travel to the resorts for meetings with the on site UVC teams
and resort management from time to time. While at the Villa del Palmar in Cabo a
couple of months ago I decided to kill a few minutes at Tortugas to see what sports
were on TV since my lunch meeting was running a few minutes late. It was there that I
heard one of the most encouraging stories yet from owners at the Villa del Palmar.
As conversation begins between the owners (Michael and Sue) and me they tell me how they are visiting this year with two
other couples on the Bring a Friend/Send a Friend program and their friends were currently in the timeshare presentation

presentation. Whether they decide to become owners like yourself or not you can still receive Palmare Rewards for them
