Alfamart a mini-network in which to provide basic needs and the needs of everyday life,
with a sales area of less than 200m2 which is managed by PT. Alfamart network is
widespread in parts of Indonesia that are owned individually or in community-owned
franchise. In this assignment, I took a sample of pond sogra alfamat branch, discordant
Navan.

A. Organizational Structure
In its management, Alfamart has an organizational structure as follows:

* Merchandiser: one who handles all the stuff about stuff like order goods, goods in / out
and inventory taking.

B. Customer Service System
Service system that is used in mini-ponds sogra Alfamart branch, Navan Self Service is a
system where customers take their own needs. In this case the clerk only help serve
customers. System of payment is made directly to the checkout, the payment of cash and
services from some form of bank debit cards, cash and prepaid.

C. Product Inventory Management

Here means the goods directly from suppliers not drop into the store, but go to the DC
(Distribution Center) first, and then allocated to the store. After the goods have entered
the responsibility of the store.

D. Management Information Systems
The system used for transactions at the branch Indomaret sogra ponds, Navan is a SIS
(Store Information System), data input into the system through multiple media input that
is:
a) Barkode
The data input system that uses an infrared instrument that has a function to detect /
menyecan barcode marked on the goods.
b) PLU
Inputting the data system where the cashier to enter the code found on goods.
c) Manual
This system is called a way of inputting data source for automation, as we enter a product
key code will appear automatically information pertaining to the goods.

E. CONCLUSION
In a single transaction process begins when a customer comes, customers are free to take
the goods themselves according to their need. This is called the Self Service, but by no
means the salesman just said nothing. Here the salesman in charge of assisting customers
when they need information they do not know or when a customer needs help in the
search for products or goods. After that the customer must make payment at the checkout.
Where in the payment process is made in cash or with bank services such as debit cards,
cash and prepaid. Output results in a sale transaction as the physical data structures and
provided to the customer as proof of the transaction while the data is stored in a data base
softnya are then sent to the DC (Distribution Center) via email as proof of store sales
transactions. Importing data from DC to the control group while the supplier of DC to the
