					Installing the Virtual IR driver under Vista for Media Center.

    1) From Control Panel, select “Add hardware” Wizard.




    2)
    3) Click “Next”.
    4) Select “Install the hardware that I manually select from a list (Advanced).

    6) Select “Show all Devices” and click “Next”.




    7)
    8) Click on “Have Disk” and navigate to 3013/HAVA/havair.inf from the ZIP file. Select havair.inf,
       and click “OK”.

    10) Select HAVA IR driver for eHome” and click “Next”.
   11)
   12) Click “Next” again.
   13) At the Windows Secutiry warning, click “Install this driver software anyway”.

   15) Click “Finish” to complete the process.

Configuring Media Center.

   1) Start Vista Media Center, Select Tasks->Settings->TV->Set up TV Signal.
   2) After several steps, including downloading settings, go to step "Select TV signal" and choose
      "Satellite" or “Cable”, as appropriate.
   3) Continue with manual configuration. Select the active input for HAVA.
   4) Choose "Don't have remote for set-top box" (if asked).
   5) Number of digits - Two digits
   6) Device - Samsung
   7) Remote control code - S1377
   8) Just enter the channel number –answer that everything works OK, even though it doesn’t at this
      point.
   9) Continue to logical exit point of Media Center configuration, then exit Media Center.
Using regedit, set HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\HAVATV\IRThread to 1

Reboot your PC.
