they can bring you to new level or even act as a stepping stone for a new career bath or business

depressed or feeling down tend to block out certain things that have happened to them. You can't

how large or small the goals need to be; they should just pertain to what you want to achieve.

Learn a foreign language while you drive. Several language courses are available on tape or in a
digital form that is suited to use in your car. Why not listen to something constructive while you
are driving rather than to the mindless babble on the radio. You will quickly gain proficiency with
the regular exposure.

Don't try to set goals for the rest of your life immediately. Instead, focus on a shorter period of
time, such as the next six months or five years. This will help you to form a goal that is bigger
than who you are right now, but does not make you feel so overwhelmed that you fail to try and
reach it.

Take a look at how far you've come. After working on yourself for a while, you'll start to see
changes. Every now and then reflect on the positive changes you've mad and how much you've
changed. This will make you feel proud of yourself and propel you toward more great changes.

deconstruct the task into smaller, manageable ones that will lead you to the ultimate goal.
Practicing this ability daily, will give you a powerful tool for your personal development.
