Delivery / execution of the Cisco Unified Communications (UC) and Unified Contact
Centre Enterprise (UCCE) application development, client relationship management as

Project scope : Implementation of a Virtualized Cisco Call Centre solution with standard
Call Centre Functions and additional features as per the Cisco architecture using Unified
