(NYSE:CCG) (the “Company”) today announced it has priced an underwritten public offering of 6,500,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $10.10 per share, for net proceeds of approximately $62.7 million, after deducting the underwriting discount and other net estimated offering costs.
