       validation protocols, setting-up the cell and Kanbans, writing assembly and inspection procedures, generating

       Supported manufacturing of our Rigid and Custom Bracing product families representing more than 1000 part
       numbers and $50 million/year in revenue. Implemented a First Pass Yield program, set-up Kanbans and
       rearranged work area to assist flow. Key contributor in transferring these products to an offshore facility.
       Facilitated over 20 Kaizen Blitz events resulting in an average lead time reduction of 80%, an inventory
       reduction of 50% with no sacrifice to quality or customer service by eliminating NVA, implementing
       Kanbans, evaluating the Value Stream and implementing 5S standards. Also facilitated events targeting
       “office” systems including the Engineering Change Order, the New Product Introduction and the Accounting
       month-end close processes.
