               profitable business? I solve this. I solve this by using my natural ability to sell any client in
               any industry in less than 1 minute guaranteed, by first asking for 1 minute of the clients time,
               prepare a plan, and simply turn the sales call into an “investment” call that shows a client a
               “larger return” by making an investment in my product - all in just 60 seconds.
               Developed and implemented the proven sales methods – “the 1 minute sale” and “invest in
               your debt” to help make training sales people easier and fun!
               When leads were hard to find, we designed, developed, and implemented a successful
               telemarketing company to provide 100% of leads for our retail sales. It became so successful
               we were able to sell our overflow to Argent Mortgage and Countrywide.

               I know how to get people promoted! I’ve hired, trained, and managed over a 1000 sales and
               operations staff. Countless have been promoted and have become successful.
               Successfully grew a 5 person mortgage broker into a thriving multi-million dollar producing
               mortgage banker, staffed by 85 people, within three years.

               I know how to build professional call centers and branch’s on a budget. I’ve designed and
               implemented over 20 various size call centers and branch’s from the ground up, many using
               my own capital.
               Facilitated a team tasked with saving over $1,000 million+ in unreconciled accounting
               problems for a bank when a new payment system did not function correctly.
