  1. Call Meeting to Order/Welcome
     Kellie Lira Acting Chairperson called meeting to order.
     Ana Monagas welcomed and thanked the parents for attending our meetin. gShe explained that we have
     requested this special meeting to review and approve 2009-2010 Planning Road Map and Audit Findings
     .
  2. Roll Call – Quorum Met

     Claudia Betancourt, PC Representative Fruitvale

     Jackie Allison, Secretary

  3. Audit Findings
     Ana Monagas that yearly the district has an independent audit conducted to verify all monies are being
     spent as the funding grant requires. Head Start was 100% in compliance.

     Juan Garces motioned to accept Audit Report
     Kellie Lira seconded the motion.

4. Planning Road Map
   Ana Monagas shared the Planning Road Map for 2009-2010. She explained that this is included in our
   Head Start Re-funding Application and it indicates on a monthly basis the plan the program has for the
   year.

   Kellie motioned to submit the Refunding Application
   Georgina Ponce seconded the motion.
