					                        2012 ART & WINE AUCTION CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

                   20th Annual Deschutes Children’s Foundation
                 ART & WINE AUCTION – Saturday, May 5, 2012
DESCHUTES CHILDREN’S FOUNDATION (DCF) runs four nonprofit community centers in Bend, Redmond and La Pine,
and partners with nonprofit agencies that directly serve children and families. DCF donates all of the office and classroom
space at the centers to their partners. This donation increases the efficiency of community services by:

       Creating a “one stop shop” for child and family services
       Reducing operating costs for its nonprofit partners
       Promoting collaboration between nonprofit partners
       Providing common areas and office equipment for all partner agencies to use

DCF has provided this community service since 1990 and currently has 26 nonprofit partners.
All of DCF’s nonprofit partners receive as a benefit of their partnership with Deschutes Children’s Foundation:

       In-kind donations of office and classroom space
       Property management
       Normal building maintenance
       The services of an onsite facility manager

DCF’s partners cover costs associated with utility use (including electricity, gas, water, and in some instances, telephones). For
all of the services listed above, partners pay, on average, $0.69 per square foot of space used.
Our nonprofit partners provide the following services to our community:

       Prevention of child and domestic abuse and violence
       Early childhood education
       Youth enrichment programs
       Community health and wellness
       Financial and legal services
       Family and community mediation services

THE ART & WINE AUCTION is Deschutes Children’s Foundation’s major fundraising event and provides a large portion of
our operating funds for the year.
This year will be the 20th Annual Art & Wine Auction, the largest of its kind East of the Cascades. The event will again take
place at the Riverhouse Convention Center and welcome over 300 community supporters, art connoisseurs and wine
aficionados. Guests taste luscious wines poured by guest wineries while enjoying live entertainment from Todd Haaby and
Sola Via, nibbling on tasty hors d’oeuvres and bidding on a variety of silent auction items. A seated dinner is served, followed
by the much anticipated live auction which boasts a showcase of work from the region’s top artists, world class wine from
regional wineries and local collectors, and one of a kind experiences including private dinners and vacations.

As a sponsor you will have access to a wide range of media benefits including television, radio, print and online
promotion valued at over $20,000 and you will have access to over 300 affluent Central Oregonians at the event.
