									                            Design Engineer

Clippard Instrument Laboratory, Inc., the leading pneumatic manufacturer in
North America of pneumatic and electrical control components and systems
has an opportunity for an experienced Design Engineer to join our team. The
principal function of the position is to design and develop pneumatic
components. We are seeking an outstanding individual with minimum of a
BSME, 6+ or more years in design experience and knowledge of SolidWorks
3D CAD software. Candidate must have excellent interpersonal, written and
oral communication skills to effectively interact as a team player with the
design, manufacturing, sales and management teams on multiple projects.
They should also have an interest and ability to grow in their knowledge of the
company's manufacturing and process systems in order to further
compliment their product design knowledge and capabilities.

Job Tasks:

    Innovate, design and develop product.
    Manage project folders and all potential documentation associated with
    Develop SolidWorks drawings.
    Confer with Regional Sales Managers, Engineers, Customers, and others
     to discuss project specifications and system requirements.
    Ensure design meets compliance with specifications, and Customer

     A BSME Degree
     6+ Years Experience with mechanical and/or electrical control systems
     Design experience with pneumatics
     Hands on experience with 3D Cad systems - SolidWorks preferred
     Able to research and test components
     Good Computer Skills
     Excellent interpersonal skills and works well in team environments
