                                                 Order Form
Each package of organic vegetables (5 catties or more) only cost HKD $130. The package is to
be consumed in one week for one family and will be delivered on a weekly basis. There is no
charge for delivery or membership. Before 2011/6/30, if you order 12 packages or more, you
can enjoy a discount of HKD $10 for each package.

    For group purchase order of more than 12 families , the delivery day can be any day between
Monday to Friday regardless of the delivery district
 There is no delivery service for Islands District , including Lantau Island , Ma Wan of Tsuen
Wan, Sai Kung District (excluding Tseng Kwan O)

                                           Order Must-know


 Delivery time is from 1pm to 7pm, please arrange person to receive the products accordingly
 Public holiday arrangement: There will be no delivery service every Saturday, Sunday or public
holiday. Please refer to the 2010 and 2011 Hong Kong public holiday schedule published by the
Hong Kong government.
 Bad weather arrangement: When the Hong Kong Observatory issue red/black rainstorm signal
or typhoon signal No. 8 or above, there will be no delivery service for that day.
 Out of town: If you need to out of town, please inform us 2 days prior thru e-mail or fax. The
delivery will be deferred one week accordingly.
 All organic vegetables we sold are grown organically in Hong Kong. The vegetables are
harvested during the morning and deliver to your home in the afternoon to guarantee freshness.
 There is no membership fee or shipping fee for delivery. In order to promote long term
relationship with customers, if you order 12 packages (12 weeks) or more before 2011/06/30 , each
package (5 catties) will only cost HKD$120 (a 10 dollar discount). The customer can enjoy a free
VIP membership.
 From now to 2011/06/30, if you order 12 packages (or more) and are introduced thru your
friend or relative living in your estate or building, both of you can enjoy 2 catties of organic
vegetables for free. If your friend or relative is not living in your estate or building, both of you can
enjoy 1 catty of organic vegetables for free. There is no limit on the number of friends or relatives to
introduce.
 All the free packages of vegetables will be delivered during the last delivery for the customer. If
introduce more than one person to be our VIP, free organic vegetable will be delivered in the last
month.


                                    Order and payment procedure


Please fill in this order form and then fax to 27766 850 or e-mail the form to
order@wongchiorganicfarm.com. We will confirm the order within 2 days. If there is no
confirmation received from us after 2 days of your order, please call us at 91966 595.


Payment method:
1. By cash: It is applicable to order of 1 package (1 week) of vegetables, please pay cash HKD
$130 upon delivery.
2. By cheque: For order of 12 weeks of organic vegetables or more, please hand us the cheque
with payee "Wong Chi Organic Farm" or “王支有機農場” and write down your name and delivery
address at the back of the cheque.
3. By bank account transfer: Please transfer the amount payable to the
                       HSBC account：033 - 890575 - 838
      and give us the bank receipt or copy upon the first delivery of goods.
