Mr. Ken Ellerman joins growing Denver based Berkana Resources Corporation as
Senior Project Manager.

Denver, Colorado, June 9th, 2009 – Berkana Resources Corporation, a leading provider of

Ellerman has joined us as a Senior Project Manager. Berkana is proud to welcome Mr.
