    Housing arrangements
        can you volunteer?
        Talk to RAs/RDs
    We need a place to house the students
    We are aiming to Santa Rosa Dorms (20-35 students to be housed)
    We need people to ask the students in the dorms to house a student on Thursday night
    Any freshman that you know? The SIMS 09 students they live all over the place. They may
      be able to help spread the word amongst the freshman in the dorms

    Do you know any councelors or teacher at the following schools?
      Fillmore, Santa Maria, Santa Barbara, Huaneme, Dos Pueblos, Channel Islands, Rio
        Mesa, San    Marcos, Oxnard, Pacifica, Lompoc, Santa Paula and Buena
         Marcela Arellano Knows the Outreach person from most of the high schools
         She will helps us with the e-mails
         E-mail the flier to Marcela and the SACNAS member (flier located on the sacnas
           web page)
         There are two other high schools in Santa Maria (Reghetti HS, Pioneer HS, Cabrillo
           HS in Lompoc)
      If you know any contacts at these schools let us know

    General club feedback
    How do you guys like the meetings?
         They enjoy the diversity of the speakers. It keeps the meetings interesting =D
         Food: they want more food, cheap food options? (more spicy food)
      Website: is great, very useful ti keep track of upcoming events
      Events (Input/Output, fun ideas for next quarter)
         There were a lot of Farmer’s market trip
         People stopped coming to the Sunday trips =/
         The butterfly hike was awesome
         Outdoors events are fun, we should have more hiking events next quarters
         Bungee ( or Bungy) Jumping (talk to Max Ramirez)
       Meeting times (it works for most people)

    S&T day (work shops, security, general tasks)
    Franklin’s plan is to make a solar panels and lights and teach the students the basics of
     them. If you are interested in helping in this project talk to Franklin.

    Study rooms for FINALS will be reserved in ESB

      o We are going be tabling at 2 places (L&S and Engineering)
