            MINUTES OF THE CITY OF LANDFALL VILLAGE SPECIAL MEETING
                             SEPTEMBER 22, 2011

      The Special Meeting of the City of Landfall Village was called to order by Mayor Feldbrugge on
September 22, 2011 at 6:00 p.m.

Family Means – Tom Yuska, Deborah Wemette and Arba-Della Beck all from Family means were present
to advise the Council about the Youth Programs in Landfall. Tom also presented a schedule showing the
impact that Family Means has on the Landfall Community.

Visitor Policy – The City Attorney recommended educating the residents regarding the current visitor
policy, as perhaps some are not aware of it. There will be notice in the newsletter and also in the Rules
Most Overlooked portion of the lease agreement.

Temporary Coverage for Park Office – Motion by Council member Kilby and seconded by Council
member Sanoski to allow the City Clerk to work full time in order to help cover the Park Office while the
Assistant Park Manager is out on medical leave. The City Clerk will receive her current hourly wage for
any additional hours worked. Motion passed unanimously . Motion by Council member McManus and
seconded by Council member Kilby to allow remote access for the Assistant Park Manager, to be used
only for assistance, if needed. Motion passed unanimously.

Approval of Minutes – Motion by Mayor Feldbrugge and seconded by Council member Sanoski to
approve the Minutes from the September 14, 2011 Regular City Council Meeting and the HRA Meeting
with requested changes. Motion passed unanimously.

Meeting Adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
