ONLINE Dealer Processing Cooperative

							                                              ONLINE HUB Dealer
                                      Information for CAR Association Members

    This system is designed to allow an Online dealer who is in good standing to process new and transfer
    registrations for other Connecticut Licensed dealerships. The Online dealer will perform this function at
    their location and will be responsible for all Online program parameters for processed transactions including
    paperwork.

    Specifically the Online HUB dealer:
                Accepts responsibility for all transactions processed
                Is responsible for the submission of documents within the Online parameters
                Is responsible for checking the transaction to determine that all documents are present and
                 properly executed for registration
                Will maintain an Online inventory in a secured area in accord with the Online parameters.
                Will be able to process all Online registration classifications but will not be able to perform any
                 “Post Sale” or manual transactions for other dealers – only full on-line transactions.
                Will charge a standard fee to the processing dealer of $25.00 per transaction
                Will have the right to require “Cash Only” from the processing dealer
                Will have the right to refuse, with cause, processing for any dealer upon notification to CARA
                Will tag each transaction with the processing dealer’s tracking number as assigned by DMV
                Will not process any cooperative/hub transactions which hit a stop due to tax delinquency or any
                 other administrative cause.
